Sonnex had high energy demands but limited roof space and an underpowered grid connection. We needed a panel with maximum efficiency and output in a compact size — AIKO’s Neostar 2P 465W was the obvious choice. It offered the highest power in the smallest footprint at the time, allowing us to maximise the system size and performance.

When leaves or debris hit the panels, the electrons can travel around the specific shaded areas, maximising the yield and able to produce a lot more energy from the sun. Even in the shortest of days, with the heaviest soiling and the most amount of shading, the system produced around about 160-odd kilowatts.
